The image impressed into this votive tablet (tsha-tsha) shows the four-armed Tantric form of Avalokiteshvara known as Sadaksari. The rear left hand holds a lotus and the rear right hand a garland of beads (mala). The front hands are clasped in a gesture of devotion. The Buddhist creed, ye dharma, is inscribed in Nagari script on each side of the plaque.
